Instant Rebate Conditions

Instant rebates are available for Canadian end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner. See http://www.xerox.ca/office/product-rebates/enca.html for list of eligible products/models, rebate amount and effective dates of the promotion period.

Participating Xerox authorized channel partners may provide end-user customers who purchase an eligible product with up to the applicable instant rebate amount at the time of sale. No instant rebates are available for remanufactured or demonstration products. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer. Xerox Corporation may amend these instant rebate terms and conditions from time to time. Instant rebates are limited time offers and are available only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

General Conditions Applicable to Back-end Rebates and Trade-In Rebates

Only purchases by Canadian end-user customers with a valid Canadian mailing address are eligible; Xerox channel partners, resellers, agents, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. Rebate checks are payable in U.S. dollars, with the exception of the Customer Appreciation Rebate check which is paid in Canadian dollars. All rebates are mailed directly to end-user customers. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check.

Unless Xerox provided otherwise in writing, Trade-In rebates are not combinable with other special pricing (defined as 20% less than Xerox's published estimated retail price), or any other rebate offer. Only one rebate for each device purchased is eligible.

All rebate claims are subject to Xerox final review and approval. End-user customers should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Xerox become the property of Xerox and will not be returned. Xerox retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. Xerox is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. In order to accept the rebate, a rebate check must be cashed or deposited no later than the date stated on the check. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer.

Xerox Corporation may amend the back-end rebate, Trade-In rebate, or general rebate conditions from time to time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted. This is a limited time offer; offer valid only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Xerox Loyalty Rebate Program

The Loyalty Rebate is a back-end rebate paid directly to the end-user customer. End-user customers must submit a Loyalty Rebate request online at http://www.xerox.com/office/claim. End-user customers must provide and upload the device startup page and purchase invoice for the newly purchased Xerox product as well as the device startup page for the previously owned Xerox product. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Limit of one Loyalty Rebate per previously owned Xerox product. Loyalty Rebates are combinable with eligible instant savings and with rebate offers. Loyalty Rebates are not combinable with company specific special pricing unless otherwise specified in writing. Limit of 20 Loyalty Rebates claimed per calendar month, unless otherwise specified in writing. Loyalty Rebates will be paid in Canadian dollars and are based on Canadian Estimated Retail Price.
